Initial Concept/Preliminary Engineering Phase

Key Contact Inc. will help identify the objective and determine specific requirements. We work closely with your in-house technical resources, preferred professional resources, and, especially, the end-users to find practical, cost-effective solutions. We can either facilitate the team or be a team member. Key Contact Inc. can also recommend experts and specific OEM suppliers depending on the challenge. With the team involvement, an action plan, concept, or proposal can be created to meet the requirements. If needed, Key Contact Inc. can then assist in preparing project scopes, estimates, and project justifications for management approval and detailed engineering bids. See deliverables

Detail Design Phase

Key Contact Inc. can manage or collaborate in the process and process automation design to maximize process, operational, and maintenance effectiveness. We can also facilitate operator and maintenance reviews of equipment layouts, piping and instrument diagrams, and programming functional definitions/operator interfaces.

Implementation Phase

Key Contact Inc. can provide technical supervision, planning, and startup coordination of process automation installations including electrical systems, instrumentation, and programming. See deliverables

Project Closing Phase

Key Contact Inc. can develop and coordinate training programs for operator and maintenance personnel with regard to new or upgraded processes. See deliverables
